It’s important to take preventative measures as prolonged exposure to sunlight and intense heat can have a sever effect on your health. Most travel health experts recommend taking a high factor sun block away with you and drinking plenty of hydrating fluids, bottled water being preferred.

 

Diarrhoea is serious travel health issue for many people and if you are stricken by diarrhoea it is important to drink lots of fluids as this issue can lead to dehydration.
